Hari Hara Veera Mallu Creates History in Tollywood
In Tollywood, it’s not unusual for films to get delayed. But Hari Hara Veera Mallu (HHVM), starring Pawan Kalyan, has become a special case. This film is now being called the most delayed project in Telugu cinema history.
The movie began more than five years ago, with grand plans and big expectations. Yet, till now, the film is not released. Several times, the makers officially announced release dates—but ended up postponing again and again. Many fans now say they’ve lost count of how many posters were released with new dates.
The main reason behind these delays is Pawan Kalyan’s busy political and film schedule. He couldn’t give full-time dates for shooting, which led to multiple breaks in production. Although post-production work also continued during these years, the team couldn’t fix a solid release date.
Recently, the makers confidently announced that Veera Mallu would release in June 2025. However, once again, they postponed the release to July, stating that July 24 would be the final date. But with July fast approaching, there’s already gossip that this date too might be pushed further.
Critics and fans are now joking that Veera Mallu has broken all records for delays. Analysts are questioning how a project can go on for so long, despite multiple public announcements. Still, Pawan Kalyan fans continue to hope that the film will finally hit theatres and give them a visual treat.
The movie, directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, is said to be a period action drama with lavish sets and high production value. But unless it reaches cinemas, all this remains just talk.
Only time will tell if Hari Hara Veera Mallu will release on July 24 or get postponed yet again.
