When Samantha talked about leaving toxic relationship behind
Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu once opened up about her past relationships and how she found peace after a difficult time. Before marrying actor Naga Chaitanya, Samantha was reportedly in a relationship with actor Siddharth, her co-star from the film *Jabardasth*. Although the two were often seen together, their relationship did not last. According to reports, the couple broke up around 2015 due to personal differences.
In an old interview, Samantha shared that the relationship with Siddharth had become unhealthy. She felt it was important to walk away before things got worse. Looking back, she felt grateful that she recognized the warning signs early. Shortly after the breakup, Naga Chaitanya entered her life, and Samantha described him as a “blessing” who gave her emotional support during a tough time.

Samantha and Naga Chaitanya got married, but their relationship eventually ended in 2021. Their separation caught a lot of public attention, and fans debated the reasons behind it. Despite the end of her marriage, Samantha has always spoken kindly about Chaitanya and acknowledged the positive role he played in her life.
Though rumors surrounded Siddharth’s role in the breakup, Samantha clarified that their separation was mutual. She defended Siddharth against unfair accusations and said he was a good person. Later, Siddharth went on to marry actress Aditi Rao Hydari in 2024.
Naga Chaitanya also moved on and reportedly married actress Sobhita Dhulipala in December 2024.
