Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi day 3 box office collection

Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi, a Telugu-language action drama, hit theatres on April 18, 2025. Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, the film stars Nandamuri Kalyan Ram as the lead character, Arjun Vishwanath. Veteran actress Vijayashanti plays Vyjayanthi IPS, his mother, in a powerful comeback role. The movie is produced by NTR Arts and Ashoka Creations.

The story revolves around Arjun, a former IPS aspirant who turns into a gangster with strong moral values. When he finds out that a terrorist named Pathaan is planning to take revenge on his mother, he sets out to protect her at any cost.

According to early box office estimates, Arjun S/o Vyjayanthi collected ₹3.4 crore on its opening day (Friday), and ₹2.14 crore on Saturday, bringing its total to ₹5.54 crore over the first two days. On Sunday, the film saw a slight bump with ₹0.44 crore (as per early live data), making the estimated three-day total ₹5.98 crore.

The film has received a mixed response from critics but has gained attention for its emotional mother-son storyline, gripping action sequences, and background score by B. Ajaneesh Loknath. The cinematography by Ram Prasad and editing by Tammiraju have also been appreciated.

The supporting cast includes Saiee Manjrekar, Sohail Khan as the antagonist Pathaan, Srikanth as a police commissioner, and Babloo Prithiveeraj in a negative role. Other notable performances come from Bharath Reddy and BS Avinash.

With Sunday collections showing a modest rise, the makers hope the film will continue to perform better in the coming days, especially with positive word-of-mouth in regional circuits. The presence of Vijayashanti and the emotional core of the story are expected to be major crowd-pullers.
