Why Superstar Rajinikanth Skipped Kannappa
The movie Kannappa is creating a lot of excitement in the film world. After the recent pre-release event, the buzz around the movie has increased even more. Actor Manchu Vishnu is actively promoting the film. One question many fans are asking is why superstar Rajinikanth is not involved in this special Manchu family project.
Rajinikanth shares a close friendship with the Manchu family. Mohan Babu, a well-known actor and producer, has been friends with Rajinikanth for many years. Vishnu even calls Rajinikanth his uncle, showing their warm bond. Kannappa is considered a dream project for the Manchu family, and they have worked hard to bring together a great cast and crew.
However, despite this connection, Rajinikanth is not part of the movie. When asked about this, Vishnu explained that the team initially planned to include a role for Rajinikanth. They even wrote a character combining his role with Mohan Babu’s. But later, the writers felt that adding this character would take the story away from its main focus and affect the flow of the film.
Because of this, the team decided to remove Rajinikanth’s character and continue with the film as planned. The movie still features a strong cast, including Mukesh Rushi, Mohanlal, Sharath Kumar, Mohan Babu, Siva Balaji, Brahmanandam, Sapthagiri, Kaushal Manda, Madhoo, and others. Prabhas is also playing an important role in the film.
Kannappa is set to release in theaters on June 27th, and fans are eagerly waiting to see this much-awaited film.
