
Odela 2: Here’s where to watch Tamannaah’s film after its theatrical run
Tamannaah Bhatia is making a comeback in Telugu cinema with the horror-thriller Odela 2. This movie is the sequel to Odela Railway Station and is written and co-produced by Sampath Nandi. Directed by Ashok Teja, the film presents Tamannaah in a unique role where she plays a female Aghora named Shiva Shakthi.
Odela 2 will be released in theatres worldwide on April 17, 2025. The movie will be available in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages. The recently released trailer has received good attention, raising expectations for this supernatural thriller.
The story takes place in Odela village. A man named Tirupati, played by Vasishta N. Simha, kills newly married women. His wife Radha, played by Hebah Patel, discovers this and kills him. However, in the sequel, Tirupati returns as a vengeful spirit and starts troubling the villagers. That’s when Shiva Shakthi enters the village to fight the evil spirit.
Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital streaming rights for the film. Reports say the OTT platform bought the rights for Rs 18 crore, which includes all language versions. After the movie finishes its theatre run, it will be available for streaming on Prime Video.
The film stars Murali Sharma, Sharath Lohithaswa, Yuva, Naga Mahesh, and many others in key roles. The music is composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath. Avinash is the editor, while Soundararajan handled the cinematography.
